Picture Show Entertainment interview questions

I printed out an application, filled it out, and turned it in, in person. They scheduled an interview for a few days later. The interview was very short and to the point and they hired me on the spot.

Put in my resume to an add on Craigslist, got an email the next day about coming in for an interview. Was offered the job after talking to the GM for 5 minutes. From what I understand, the process is a LOT different with the new GM, and with 700 possible applicants you really need to stand out.
