The interview process was very rushed, yet did not provide proper insight about their culture, company, or any concrete detail, rather than just focusing on the mindset of "we need to find a replacement" quickly because it was unusual for someone to do onboarding when there is no offer or information signed in place, can be improved if they wish.

what you would expect from a smaller law firm. I submitted my resume through the school, they contacted me to set up an interview. I met two of the main attorneys – one only briefly to say hello, and the majority of the time with one partner. It was more to get to know you as a person and learn your interests and see if you would be a good fit.
