Pin Oak Caregivers interview questions

You apply for a job on the internet and Pin Oak calls you if they are interested in interviewing you. The interview is either one on one or a group interview. Pin Oak is moving toward requiring all employees to have a CNA certification. I do not have that certification but was able to work as a companion to mild-moderate Alzheimer's patients.
