Interview
I applied online originally. The application form was standard with four questions about why you want to work in commercial law and why you want to work at the firm. Followed by an assessment centre. This consisted of a 1-1 interview with a partner which lasted around an hour - very conversational and trying to understand what your skills and interests are. Followed by a test which involved identifying patterns from different shapes - not too hard after you are given some worked examples.

Assessment day- interview, then a case study, then an email task (priorisiting tasks). whole process was very robotic- interview was reading from a script and writing down answers- no room for showing your personality at all.

Interview
Very friendly and smooth process. 3 tasks - case study, partner interview, and an online task exercise. The online exercise and case study is timed. Followed by a discussion with a partner at the firm.
