Pitzer College interview questions

Personable, inviting and fun! Was a professional interview but still friendly, with the tone that we’re all there to help find the next class of students. Overall great interview experience. I ended up getting the job but the process made me feel that if I didn’t, I would have still left having a positive experience.

An in-person interview was conducted in a group session with the position’s supervisor and a group of other staff members in the same office. Lasted about an hour. People were friendly. Job duties were described very vaguely. Interview questions were pre-written. Interviewers took turns with questions and seemed to stick to the script.
