Interview
I started with a 30-minute discussion with the recruiter to understand more about the company. There was so challenge between the communication between the external and internal recruiter. The first interview was with a senior member of the sales team, and I learned later I was meant to meet with this individual later in the process. It would have helped to meet with someone more on the ground to navigate IF this was the right role for me.
