I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Playster (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2018
Interview
Greeted by a very knowledgeable team of chapter leads (ios, android, web) for the first meeting interview. We talked about my background and experience and it was very easy going. The second interview was more hands-on with scenario type questions and the third one is when I met the whole team, got to know them and talked about myself. Overall very agreeable process.

Question 1
How would you deal with a situation where two teams have different opinions on what to prioritize regarding what feature should be worked on next?
Your first interaction with any potential employer is always with HR people. In the case of Playster, they gave me such a professional impression that made me want to work there. The phone screening was quick and straight to the point. The in-person interview went just as smoothly as the phone interview. They assessed my experience and qualifications and made a decision by the following day. Few days into the job, I'm glad I made the decision to accept the job offer.
