Met with one of the VP's for a superintendent position. He was very friendly and seemed like a nice guy. Asked the typical questions of what my background was and the types of projects I worked on. The biggest surprise was asking for additional references. He wanted references from subcontractors I worked with in the past. So just be prepared for such a request. About 3 weeks later I got a call back for a second interview, but I declined due to another offer.
