Met with the hiring manager and two department heads, who briefly went over the job responsibilities. They inquired about my prior experience and wanted to find out how well I dealt with difficult individuals, whether I I was a team player, typical questions like that. Then I was given a paper test with situational type questions regarding ethics and following protocol. It also had a few pages of general math problems including fractions, etc. It wasn't difficult.
