1 cultural interview - HR and a another employee
took about 1 hour was really pleasant
1 technical interview - Head of PMO and Technical Director took about 1.5 hours, Technical director left after 30 mins, Head of PMO clearly new to role

define a programme, what is FMEA(failure mode effect analysis) - quality for electronic devices, has nothing to do with the job the interview was showing off
