Interview
The first interview with the recruiter was quick but well structured.
The second interview was a 1-hr cultural fit interview with the recruitment team where a lot of interesting topics were discussed, from electric vehicles to career interests. This stage was very refreshing, and the recruiters had very interesting opinions about these topics. It felt like the type of conversation you would have over pints. Truly enjoyable.
The third interview was supposed to be a panel of 3 people, where you would have to make a presentation of a topic you are passionate about. One of the people in the panel was very senior. I withdrew my application at this point as I had accepted another offer.
All in all the process seemed well structured and it didn't involve any coding.
