I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pod Talent (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
From the first point of contact Pod immediately felt very different to all other recruitment companies I have met. Not only is it a high performing and growing business but it is one of the very few firms within recruitment genuinely innovating how the industry operates, and the results speak for themselves in the client base they have built and the way they engage their candidates.
They are a dynamic and exciting business, but crucially one with a human style and a real culture that you feel immediately meeting anyone from Pod. They live by their values and stand alone in the level of integrity they have with their candidates and clients.
Their interview process is extremely thorough and intense but hugely enjoyable and if this is the right business for you then you'll love every moment of it. They really invest the time to understand who you are, how you work, where you could fit into their business, and how they can help you achieve your goals.
Finally their Managing Director Jon is a unique and visionary leader, his knowledge of recruitment and FMCG is vast and his energy and passion for what Pod do is infectious. I highly recommend Pod to anyone wishing to have a successful and impactful career in recruitment.

Interview
I was living outside of London so they organised an intensive day session to act as first and second stage lasting around 5 or so hours.
Mixture of CV run-through and competency based questions which related back to POD's core values, I met everyone from the team I would be joining and also met other key stakeholders within the business.
