Received a email to fill out answers for a series of questions following which I received a link for a one way video interview. It is been almost 2 weeks since the 1 way video interview and no update yet.

1) Goal set and how did I go about achieving them? 2) A misunderstanding and how did I resolve 3) How do I handle multiple projects/priorities at the same time
One online questionnaire in lieu of a recruiter screen. Then, three rounds: hiring manager, team, and director. The interviewers were nice and the recruiter was helpful up until the final round. After that, I was ghosted. Reached out a couple times to recruiter and manager, and never got a response. After four rounds, you would think they would at least send you a boiler plate rejection email. I think this speaks a lot about how this organization treats employees.

Interview
It's about as dehumanizing as can be. Instead of bothering to send a person to meet you, they have you awkwardly record a few short videos answering a bunch of incredibly canned questions. After this they will never email you. Good luck!
