I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Policygenius in Jan 2020
Interview
Applied on school's career site and received an invitation to do a phone interview with a recruiter. Company seems pretty disorganized. Recruiter cancelled the phone call 5 minutes after the scheduled time, and we rescheduled for the following week. The recruiter sounded extremely dull and un-interested from the minute she picked up the phone, which immediately gave me a bad taste. Her tone seemed to mimmic the role of case associate position- monotonous and boring.

Interview
The interview process was intensive but fun! I had an initial phone call with a recruiter approximately 2 weeks after I submitted an application. During the call we scheduled a video interview. The video interview was great - Overall it lasted ~3 hours, but I had the opportunity to speak with 6 Pg employees, ranging from Directors to other Case Managers. Immediately after the video interview, I had a brief 15 minute written exam (2 questions).

Question 1
Pg is all about professional growth and development. One question I received regarding this was "Where do you see yourself in 5 years and how can Pg help get you there?"
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Policygenius in Sep 2020
Interview
The entire process was remote due to Covid. The interview consisted of an initial phone screening, followed by a ~3 hour virtual interview with 7 different people. It was a tiring experience but I learned so much by talking to so many different people. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision about my offer from the company, even though it was a virtual experience.
