I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pompa Program in Feb 2024
Interview
Quick screening with someone then invitation to a group interview where you're given just a few minutes to speak and to answer the 2 questions below. The rest is a presentation that is somewhat interactive. You can interact popcorn style by un-muting yourself.
Initial Zoom screening w/ the recruiter
Group Zoom call w/ hiring manager where they ask questions and have each applicant answer one by one (and basically everyone repeats what each other are saying) and they ask you to read their script
I get the appeal of group interviews as it allows them to get through more applicants in less time but as an applicant it's pretty uncomfortable as those who you're applying with (and competing against) can just repeat what you say and it's extremely impersonal. Their process did imply that they are most likely a churn and burn shop where the see people as just a number.
Also, when asked about specific metrics (i.e. what is the average closing %, what % of people are making $X/month, etc.) they provided very vague and long winded answers.
