Getting Better and Better Every Week - Maturing to Greatness

    May 6, 2022 - Sales Manager

    Pros

-Mission driven - Empowering clients to own and improve their health. -Truly Effective Program - The education, tools, and protocols provided in the program are life changing for so many. We see/hear amazing success stories coming out weekly (measurable improved quality of life is priceless, for both our clients and their families). This is enough to keep me motivated and dedicated to the work. -Leadership puts major investments of time and resources to improve systems, communication, and overall outcomes in every department, as they should. -Wonderful people that all work together to best serve the clients and the business as a whole.

    Cons

-Naturally, the work can be emotionally draining at times, yet equally, if not more, rewarding... it can still be a challenge, for some. (but what job isn't challenging at times?) -It's a start up: still working through, and implementing, new processes to improve overall operations. Change happens fast, but it is necessary, and important. can be overwhelming at times, but in the end, it is so worth it.

Disorganized operation run by children shilling the poor of their resources

    Pros

Seems like some people get a benefit out of the program but the program itself seems against any sort of measurable outcome

    Cons

-CEO is a child who didnt go to college (and it shows) -most employees are friends of the owner not professionals -disorganized -lacks standardization -doesnt apply scientific rigor to measure outcomes for "patients" -program doesnt believe that a few major points of modern medicine are accurate (anti-vax) -internal communication is poor, Sr management play strong favorites and will answer or not answer communications based on mood

    Amazing God centered company

    Pros

The whole team is focused on bringing a true long lasting solution to a world who very much needs it. One of the most congruent companies I've ever worked for and with. You get to offer hope and a message that your body can heal (it's all about the God given ability to heal just removing the interference.)

    Cons

Can sometimes be emotionally heightened because of the sick and hurting people you're connecting with
