Pros

I finally have a job that I absolutely love! From the mission to the people to who we are here to help and guide, I love everything about this company. Great benefits. True fully remote environment. Company respects your working hours and your personal time. You're recognized for your effort and accomplishments. The leadership team is synergistic and while they have high expectations they set you up for success. You're offered a lot of autonomy but the support is there as you require it. Everyone rows in the same direction and is passionate about our mission. It's something truly unique and special.

Cons

I have no cons. I love this company and support their mission in addressing the root cause to real health challenges. Something our healthcare industry in this country is completely overlooking.

Compensation Delays, High-Pressure Sales Culture, and Leadership Concerns

Pros

• Remote-first work environment • Competitive benefits package, including unlimited PTO • Mission-driven industry with potential to positively impact clients through a functional and root-cause-focused approach • Some team members were hardworking, compassionate, and committed to supporting clients

Cons

In my experience, Pompa Program’s internal culture did not reflect the Christian, health-centered values presented externally. There was a strong operational emphasis on speed, volume, and KPI attainment, often at the expense of thoughtful, empathetic client interaction despite the medically complex and vulnerable nature of the client population. The work environment appeared to reward constant availability and sustained high output. Although overtime was not formally mandated, expectations and workload frequently made extended hours feel necessary in order to remain current with responsibilities and performance expectations. Employees who sought greater clarity regarding processes or attempted to communicate with increased transparency and care toward clients were, at times, discouraged from doing so. There appeared to be limited flexibility for differing communication styles or individualized approaches, even when objectives were being met. Performance management often felt corrective rather than developmental. Meaningful coaching, structured onboarding support, and proactive one-on-one guidance were limited in my experience. Concerns were more likely to be addressed after escalation and sometimes in settings involving multiple members of leadership, which could feel unnecessarily discouraging and counterproductive. Operational inefficiencies further contributed to the pressure of the role, including fragmented workflows, excessive meetings with limited actionable value, and payroll issues that required repeated follow-up. While the benefits package appeared attractive, ongoing compensation delays created significant financial stress and negatively impacted my experience with the company. For an organization operating in the health space, there appeared to be insufficient consideration given to employee sustainability, morale, and psychological safety.
