There was no interview process back then as I was a recently graduated sec 4 student who wanted to work in my school's bookshop. The hiring process was smooth and easy.

Nothing much just asked to meet up in person and fill-up the form while he asked some questions on how I can commit. The process was very quick and was done efficiently, got the job the moment I finished the form so that is good.
