It was a very simple, 3 interview process. Screener, Hiring Manager, and Team Member. I scheduled my third interview and was then notified that an offer had been made to another candidate. I was still allowed to speak with the VP of Customer Success, which is a different spin on a rejection. It was an overall pleasant experience.
It was a standard first interview. She gave a description of the company, asked questions about my background, and described the hiring process. She said it is usually 2 weeks before I would hear anything back.
I received an email saying they wanted to schedule an interview and the only times they had available were six weeks out. Three days before my interview they let me know they'd closed the position.
