I only had a screening call with Recruiter and that was enough for me not to proceed further. They started bombarding me with interrogation-style questions without any intro about themselves, the role, team, or company. Then, I learned that Recruiter was considering me for another role which I didn't agree to — not a great move for a company that values transparency. All conversation took 12 minutes and I talked at least 10 of them
