Fair warning - PowerSecure is a *Southern Company* business unit.
This means, as demonstrated by my recent interview experience, that it doesn't matter how much insight you have into the utility industry, or functional skills related to the work which needs to be done, as I demonstrated to my interview panel, you simply will not get hired here if you are applying from the outside. Southern Company and its affiliates notoriously hire friends and family - just look at LinkedIn profiles and you will see a complete lack of experience for the jobs they hold - and then look up and see how there's essentially zero favorable public perception or press reporting.
Gee, wonder why that is.
And if you're an outside, you'll simply receive an automated rejection email where your name is misspelled and it will read "Thanks for applying ((name of position here))" -- and by ((name of position here)) -- I mean that is what it will actually say and how it will read.
Yes, customer service at its finest.
