Powerdot interview questions

The interviews were very dynamic, well-structured, and tailored to the position. They asked very incisive and precise questions, relevant to the job. They inquired about my professional experience and my work style.

The process consisted of three main interviews: the first with my prospective manager, followed by a discussion with the central operations team, and finally a conversation with the country’s General Manager. The first interview focused on my professional background and a general understanding of the company. The second interview was more scenario-based, where I was asked how I would approach different situations relevant to the role at Powerdot. The final interview centered on STAR-method questions, drawing on examples from my current and previous professional experiences. Finally, I had the opportunity to speak informally with a future peer, which gave me the chance to ask more practical, day-to-day questions about the role and team.
