Interview was split between phone and zoom meetings. Process was incredibly easy, smooth, and accommodating for me! Each person I spoke to was direct and inviting which helped during the each interview.

Each interviewer was focused on my previous experience, as well as what I was looking for.
I participated in several rounds of interviews. The final round was nearly two hours long with law firms from all firm locations. There was an opportunity to ask questions. All attorneys seemed engaged.
