The process was very laid back. I emailed about a posting I saw online, and immediately got a response. A few emails back and forth, and I had an interview set up. If I remember correctly, I had various face-to-face and group interviews on two different dates.
The first interview was with HR, asking general questions and taking a listening and personality test (Unless you're completely daft, they're very easy).
After the tests, I met 1:1 with my 'would-be' immediate supervisor. Very easy to talk to, and laid back interview. He spelled out the interview process for me and who/when I would meet with other people in various departments. After meeting with him, I met with a group of 3-4 people. Then broke for lunch, came back and had 1:1 with previously mentioned supervisor.
The second interview process, on another date, was very much the same but with different groups of people.
When all was said and done, I had met with, overall, around 7 to 8 people. Each meeting was just as laid back as the others. I didn't feel intimidated or pressured during the whole process. Even when meeting with the president of the company.
