Met with a group of about 4-5 individuals at once and was fairly straightforward. Asked about intelligence and data analysis experience. The group was very young maybe average age was 30-35. No pressure at all and I was very relaxed.

Primarily interested in security clearance, experience using Palantir, and if the candidates had a intelligence background. Meet with several people - CEO, President and Team lead. Interview was easy.
