Prairie Life Fitness interview questions

Before the interview process I filled out an application. The interview process was relatively short once it was setup. The interview was one on one with the club manager. After a few short questions about education and background, I was asked about customer service skills and experience. After the initial interview, you take a personality assessment, which just characterizes you onto paper. That assessment describes you personality traits and potential business ethics in the workplace.

pretty casual; not very organized. I talked with them about what was expected of the front desk receptionist and it did not seem very clear. The hours varied a good deal from day-to-day , which could be a problem for my schedule. I was looking for something with regular hours. It was not a terrific experience as the interviewer did not seem very prepared.
