The interview was conducted at a university career center. There were 2 interviewers and one of the interviewer was from human resources. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but actually lasted one hour. They were very interested in previous work experience in the manufacturing sector. They were very GPA focused.

First, there was a phone interview with HR, where we went over basic behavioral interview questions. The second interview was another phone interview with an engineer as well as an engineering supervisor.

Flew me out to interview, rented me a car, treated me well, asked a lot of industry specific questions. They were kind but and very obviously needed to hire someone as soon as possible.

I had a pretty easy interview process, it was easy and quick. From my first interview to an official offer it took about 2weeks. But things slowed down after that, my first start date was a month later, then it kept getting pushed back like 3 times for a total of another month and eventually I started on a Tuesday or something
