Premier Group Services interview questions

Easy, lasted 15 minutes. Asked very standard questions. Mostly behavioral but some job specific. Came in with very little experience but was able to get through the majority of the interview with no issues.

Overall quite unprofessional, the interviewer never turned his camera on, also did not introduce himself. The interview was also recorded.. for a CPA firm they should be aware that audio is not allowed to be recorded without consent especially when interviewing persons in dual party consent states (MD is one). I only noticed I was being recorded close to the end of the zoom session, permission was not asked. In addition to this another person was on the call who did not identify themselves, they accidentally turned their camera on at one point in the interview. For the follow up a 3 hour interview was scheduled on a random date with no communication to determine if this date and time would be convenient. There's so much more I could say - my intention is not to paint a bad picture of the company but they really have some work to do with regard to their interviewing process.
