A few stages involving speaking to people at various level but the communication and organisation of the process was very poor which is strange and didn’t give a good impression of the communication between the departments and then with me as well
A little unstructured and no notes were taken, no opportunity to talk about your prior experience outside competency questions which were very specific to this role. Salary expectations already given to initial resourcing staff were said to be unrealistic without any discussion on experience

Phone. Then invited to meet manager then another interview with regional manager. A bit of an over kill for a deputy position in my opinion. Interviewers were nice. But a lot of time for a 24k salary
