Pros

Lovely team - that’s literally it

Cons

The worst company I have worked for to date. Expected to be on call 24h of the day, doing double and sometimes even triple shifts with no support from higher management. Training was a shambles, expected to just figure it out for yourself and then getting moaned at for things not being done that you weren’t even told existed.

Pros

• Get to finish the breakfast leftovers. • Decent coworkers. • Plenty of hours.

Cons

• Will stick you on a skeleton crew during heavy seasonal work. • Expect you to be able to finish 13 rooms per shift (with multiple quads) within 4 hours. • Pay is not very good. • Manager unable to discipline staff for turning up late or not coming to work at all. • Due to the high stress of the job, many people were quite horrible about each other and there was a culture of complaining about one another over the quality of their work. • Staff did not respect the manager (understandably). • Air conditioning broke in the middle of summer and you were expected to work through it without opening the windows (windows won't open because of safety hazards).
