Was not much of a problem as I knew the recruiting manager and she was local. I met her in the pub and she offered me the job. I did go to have a chat though where we discussed our hours and pay.
Applied on indeed got a call from Hotel Manager to schedule an interview. It was a very calm interview. Applied with minimal experience as well. No pressure in interview for me and I have been in the system since
