Premier Staffing Solution LLC interview questions

It was more of a conversation and pretty informal. It allowed for us to really get a feel for the role and if this was a good fit for both parties. We discussed previous experience, goals for this role and leadership style.

The interview process is disorganized and not very efficient. Seems like they need to get things in place before bringing on new people. Questions were ok. Answers given about working there were ok.
