Three phase process that was very interesting. Friendly employees that wanted to get to know applicants on a person to person level. Enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely consider doing it again.
In person, with the team leader and an associate, both very friendly and engaged. We had a friendly chat and went over my experience. Questions were technical but also went over the culture fit.
