I was contacted by an interviewer and soon had an interview in the office so they would get to know me, asked about my interests and what I would like to work on, based on that they would give me offers in the near future.

Fast as possible, just to get job done. Once you´re contracted, they don´t care about you anymore. Manager just calls you to ask you to fill the time sheet. No formation hours and lack of carreer boost.

After that, they called me with one project.
