friendly environment. only viva voce. there were no written exam. their process way too lengthy. questions aree not that difficult. keeping a nerve is the challenge as there is no sitting arrangement for candidate.

Applied through submitting hardcopy of CV. After two months, they called for interview. Interview was simply oral. There was a panel consisting of Chairman of trustee board, VC, Registrar, Treasurer, Heads and Deans. The interview was about 15 minutes longer.
