The interview process starts with your average phone screen, then you meet two more people (someone from HR and a Department Manager of sort) who were both kind but very cagey about salary expectations and would not allude to any salary range. If you are selected to advance, will assign you a 'take-home assignment' to evaluate your creative strategy skillset. This assignment is no easy feat. you will conduct a comprehensive demographic study, design a full landing page, write multiple copy variations, and in my case - design a full set of creative. After I got back to them with the assignment, I was then scheduled to meet with the team lead I would work with. Both my interviews went very well and they said they would be in touch soon after - but it was crickets. No one ever got back to me or acknowledged the work I completed. After over 2-3 weeks of your standard 'follow-up email' timeline with no responses or feedback - I saw the job post go back up. At this point, I emailed everyone individually a couple of times and I finally heard back their HR department that they would no longer be 'moving forward with my application'
I left this whole process feeling taken advantage of and will no longer be doing any sort of creative tests until a valid job offer is on the line.
If you are thinking of applying here - let this be a cautionary tale.
