Primetime Athletic Club interview questions

Applied on craigslist and got a call to meet with VP and was asked standard questions i.e. biggest strength and weakness. I then filled out a background request check and provided references. I was called 2 weeks later and met with GM who went more in detail of job expectations. Was called 10 days later with a offer.
