The interview process at Prismatic is very thorough. I had a phone screen with Talent Acquisition, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager. I was asked to prepare a presentation of a previous project, which was followed by a technical interview and a values interview. The last step in the process is meeting the CEO. You can tell that ensuring alignment and having a strong cultural fit is important to the organization, and I really appreciated that up front effort to make sure we are a good mutual fit.
