The company showed major problems with departmental communications from the start. The job description was inaccurate and job recruiter believed they wanted something else compared to what the actual hiring department staff were looking for. It appeared at the start of the interview that the hiring managers already made their decision on my abilities for the position and did not give me a chance. I immediately felt disrespected when they ignored my background and said I should go back to receive a graduate degree when this job only requested an Associates (I have a bachelor's degree). The senior director continued to go off on tangents about his experience in Medical school and people that don't even work at ProCaps. As tried to regain control of the interview and defend myself, the manager and director began to smile and laugh towards each other. They continued to push that they had more candidates that already work for the company that they could easily promote into the supervisor position that I was interviewing for. This is an incredibly disrespectful place to even interview for, I couldn't imagine what it would be like working for them
