    Pros

This is good place to work if your willing to work. Great benefits and above average wages. Made a lot of good freinds.

    Cons

They have growing pains and need to expand the facility.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at ProCaps Laboratories full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits including 401k match up to 6%. I have better insurance than most of my friends. Lots of fun activities planned throughout the year. Great place to work if health and helping people are your passion.

    Cons

Things are constantly changing and it can be difficult for some people to keep up if they don't do well with change. Things can be stressful during HSN which happens at least 8 weekends a year(usually more) and this includes having your schedule changed to work on the weekend if you don't already. Not that big of a deal, but FYI.

    Pros

Great benefits but things can be confusing due to changes.

    Cons

Management does not always know what the right or left hand is doing

    Advice to Management

Work together instead of having one person dictate what is going on.

I worked at ProCaps Laboratories full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Four ten hour days, three day weekends, production people were very nice

    Cons

Company listens to a guy who runs the construction company that is also owned by the same guy. They keep incompetent people.

    Advice to Management

You have people in positions that know nothing about what's going on the production floor. But that probably what you want puppets.

    Pros

Easy work, semi friendly people. A lot of fake ones tho.

    Cons

Product knowledge tests, horrible benefits if you have dependents you pay 100%, they make threats if you do not pass the test they will fire you. Overall horrible to work for. Pay isn't even that great.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate tests, get better heath insurance 99% of people these days have families. Stop all the drama.

I worked at ProCaps Laboratories full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work. Nice products. People are mostly friendly. Owner matches 401k at least 3% and there is a yearly holiday party.

    Cons

If you don't brown-nose (kiss major butt), you won't get anywhere. Mgmt doesn't care about subordinates. Everyone is viewed as easily expendable. Salary is very cheap too.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your people. Get better management skills. Stop promoting the cheapest person so you can save money.

I worked at ProCaps Laboratories full-time

    Pros

    - semi-decent benefits
    - not a lot of accountability (if you go for that)
    - easy work

    Cons

    - unpleasant personalities at senior management level
    - experience means little
    - inexperienced personnel often promoted to save money
    - boring work

    Advice to Management

clean house, starting at the top. you've got too many senior level managers who are comfortable in their roles but have no aspirations for growth. don't be afraid to spend the money on experienced personnel to push the company forward. at the same time, watch out for dictators and abusive personalities.
