First, you have an introductory interview with HR and if you do well they will set up a second panel interview with the directors. It was a pretty lengthy panel interview. The process took a few weeks.

Interview
Straight forward and simple- First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then, a week later, a Skype interview with department supervisors. HR and supervisors asked questions concerning resume to get more information about previous job experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone was very kind and took the time (out of their VERY busy schedules) to interview me.
