Interview
Interviews were quickly scheduled after recruiter call. I had two back-to-back interviews on the same day. My first interview was a presentation on the company that had undergone DT and answered follow-up questions. The next interview was a mini case (focused on simulating the work you would do as an associate- data analysis, finding root cause of problems etc). I was ghosted after and never heard back from recruiter. Big waste of time.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prophet Brand Strategy in Feb 2025
Interview
After the initial phone screening, there are 2 rounds with 2 interviews each. The 1st round is a mini case/context interview and a take-home, where you're expected to build a deck and present it during the interview with a Q&A after. I was informed that my third interview needed to be rescheduled and was asked to make myself available early the following week, however, I received no follow-up to set a new time/date. I followed up again with no response back. I had put a lot of effort into building my deck and prepping for the case interviews, and I was so excited about this opportunity. The lack of communication felt unprofessional and frustrating. Transparency matters, and ghosting candidates lacks decency and isn’t acceptable.
