Interview
Was contacted by an external recruiter to interview with ProspHire. Had an initial recruiter call and a first round interview with some team members. The internal team was highly professional, but the external recruiter seemed to undermine the internal recruiter, would often name drop other candidates they were working to recruit, and made it very clear that they had financial incentive if I was hired. This struck me as unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

The process was 3 steps: first, a recruiter phone screen, then a two-person panel interview (mine took place over zoom), then the last step was a final interview with the firm's partners.
