I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prosum
Interview
The whole interview process was pretty organized. Had a couple of phone interviews, then went in for an in person interview. All of the employees seemed to be severely lacking any intelligence. It was like a boiler room of unprofessional robots. No real corporate culture at all. After leaving, I was pressured over and over by the company to take their offer even after telling them no multiple times.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Prosum (El Segundo, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
There were 3 interviews total. The first was a phone interview with the VP of recruiting which was very high level- just establishing rapport and understanding my work history. The 2nd interview was with the HR Manager, this was more of a behavioral based interview which was great! The final interview was with the 2 Recruiting Managers and the VP of Recruiting. This last interview was more about my skill-set and scenario-based questions. I really liked the interview process as it did not feel redundant and they all seemed to have communicated within the team prior to meeting with me every time.
