I met with Mallary Syphus, the current Aquatic Director, and we chatted about previous teaching experience. She decided my experience (10 years) was long enough to be deemed an instructor for swimming lessons. She offered me the job on the spot after about a 30-minute interview. I really enjoyed the process. Overall, I feel that the interview was good for getting to know me and my skill experience up front. I think a F2F is the best type of interview for a position like this. I really enjoyed the process.
