Interview
The Interview Process was in 3 rounds.
1.) The first was basic phone call with the Hiring Manager, they asked the general questions like my location, expected CTC, will you be open for relocation.
2.) The second round was with Technical Team member. It was a coding round, they asked me a bunch of pseudo codes and QA related questions.
3.) The third was a bit more technical round. The general questions were also asked and to the point coding questions were asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PubMatic
Interview
I had applied through referral in August 2020. Seems like they intentionally wanted to reject my candidature. First round was pure Java Coding based which cleared. in second technical round they started asking questions on stacks in java. How could someone expects this much programming from QA. Simply it was clear that they did not have any opening and wanted to reject me.
