Interview
I had an excellent experience interviewing at Publicis. The HR team are all lovely- it was a very thorough process and It never felt rushed. I really got the sense that they wanted to get to know me as a person and were not simply looking to tick boxes. Interviewing is a skill in itself and it's sometimes hard to put a candidate at ease while also making sure they are a good match but everyone I met was excellent.
The first round was mostly a general chat which worked very well as most companies will kick off with competency questions which can make it difficult to show your personality. It was very much a two way conversation so do make sure you go into the process knowing what you want to get out of it. Ask as many questions as you can (as long as you are actually interested in the answer!)
Second round was a presentation followed by competency questions. The presentation was very relaxed and again the structure of the interview was very much a conversation.
Third round was just about meeting the rest of the team and making sure any last questions were answered.
Make sure that you are prepared with plenty of questions of what you want to know about the company. They won't expect you to memorise company information and repeat it back to them like some places but you need to show a genuine interest. Make sure you a clear understanding of why you, why the role and why the company.

Interview
Had a phone interview and then two interviews in person, one of which I was required present a task that I had done between the 2nd and 3rd interview.
Interviewers were very friendly and professional.
There were no trick questions, the interview was well explained and had a mix of competency based and opinion questions.
