Pueblo Community College interview questions

Absolutely terrible. I was not called in for an interview, which I don't object to. What I do object to is that they immediately contacted my references for letters after I submitted an application - THEN didn't call me for an interview. As fellow educators, they should know that's a significant investment of time and effort for faculty to write letters of reference, and that requiring this of other faculty members should be something reserved for candidates on the shortlist. Now I'm responding to my well-meaning reference-letter writers asking how the interview went, when I didn't get one - because my referents can't imagine an institution like this being that unprofessional. If you apply for a job with this college, be prepared for them to treat you, and anyone you name, like garbage.
