Very drawn-out process (4-5 interviews including the initial phone, unevenly frontloaded over 6-7 weeks). I was notified that the process was lengthy upfront, so fair play I guess, but still not really sure why this needed to take so long. Interviews were "culture fit" in nature and a bit disrespectful of my time; I found it condescending to be so regularly reminded of how fast agency work is and then be asked the same questions over and over. again. Interview with direct report (Lindsay) was great, though, and I felt I had a better understanding of the role, the expectations and the challenges from my time with her. Everyone was very pleasant, and the team was flexible about handling calls dropped due to connectivity issues, etc., but on the whole it was a frustrating process with weeks-long stretches without feedback. Got the standard "moving forward with other candidates" phone call weeks after my last interview.

An application online and then a phone call from a recruiter. Once I passed the call with the recruiter, I was scheduled for a 1-hour call with a hiring manager a week later. The hiring manager was abrupt and late to the call and there was noise in the background. I answered her questions completely and fully, but after 29 minutes, I was told that she had another call and that I wasn't right for the call. Not only did this come off as inconsiderate, but it also appeared that the hiring manager was in a hurry to get off the call and hadn't appropriately prepared for it.
