Interview
Presentation from the Academy Director. Followed by a Java and aptitude test and Logical Reasoning test. After the tests are complete, the group task begins along with the 1 on 1 interviews. You are given 3 hours to complete the task whilst members of your group are taken for their interviews.

Interview
First there was a phone interview with a recruitment consultant. This was followed by a simple aptitude test. Finally there was an assessment day which consisted of a 3 hour group activity to design an app that concluded with having to give a presentation and during this everyone was individually taken aside to have a 15 minute technical interview
