Easy one-round interview where they asked about my degree and the lab experience I gained through my academics. They said they liked hiring recent graduates. They gave me a tour of the laboratory and showed me exactly where I would be working. They explained the role I was applying for in great detail with an understanding that it was not exactly what they advertised.
Fast and easy. More relaxed. There was two associates in the interview. More questions on your background and interests. You also was given a tour around the facility. Job offered came in days after.
